Senior Fitness

Personal training improves senior fitness and health. Age-appropriate  fitness training, improving seniors’ fitness by working on, balance flexibility and mobility.  Specific exercises are used to strengthen the legs and core improving gait and walking ability for seniors. Personal training targets specific exercises for the back, chest, and shoulders, helps ensure proper posture.  Proper posture and gait ensures stability and prevents falls.  Self-reliance and autonomy is secured and maintained through appropriate exercise prescription by a personal trainer.

Some older people may already have a good base of health and fitness and wish to improve their tennis or golf game.  Getting older doesn’t mean doing less. I can help you, your parents or your grandparents live a vital and active life. Health and Fitness is a blessing that we should not live without.
