Knowledge is power!
I had been working out at a gym for years before I met Bill. I was not making much progress. I was a 30yr old man back then, but because of a weak lower back, I was unable to lift properly and build up some muscle. After talking with Bill, it was apparant that he had a lot of knowledge and experience. I decided to start training with Bill. My strength increased, along with my size. Never ever once, did I hurt my lower back, something that still amazes me today!
Listen, practically anyone can get a personal training certificate now a days…(kinda scary),.so it’s essential to choose someone with the proper education and backround. I honestly don’t think anyone has more know-how than Bill. You need nutritional advice? He’s like an encyclopedia of knowledge. (or is that now a ‘google’ of knowledge?) Do yourself a favor and call him.. ask him anything, maybe a tricky weight loss question.. you will be amazed at his answer! Good luck and stay healthy!

Bill is THE BEST personal trainer around. I met Bill 7 years, shortly after the birth of my 2nd child. He customized a post-partum workout and quickly got me back to my pre-pregnancy weight, just in better shape. After a few years off, and health issues, I knew I had to get back on track.
