Excelling at sports is a combination of learned motor skills, the improvement of muscular and neurological action and interaction.  Golfers not only need to work on their stroke but also they need to condition the muscles and nerves used to pull back, and then swing the golf club.  Athletes at all levels need to strengthen the muscles of the core that support and maintain balance of the torso.  Each individual needs to work on their speed and agility to play their game batter. It doesn’t matter how strong an individual is, if they can’t transfer that speed to a ball or use that speed in their athletic endeavor. That’s where we come in.
