    Being an effective trainer stems first from caring about your people.

    You can be yourself.  There are no judgements.

    I know my clients as individuals with feelings and emotions.     
    Getting  to know you assists me greatly in implementing practices
    which will motivate you, especially for weight loss.

    I have been a personal trainer for over 20 years.

    I have been servicing Northern N.J.and the Bergen county  New
    Jersey area for 15 years with private and in home personal training,
    boot camp classes, diet and nutritional advice.

           In my time I have seen fitness and diet fads come and go,
    everything from mini trampolines to the beer drinker's diet, from body
    wraps to toning tables. There is a lot of confusion out there. Instead of
    listening to all the hype, I utilize proven methods that combine proper  
    diet & nutrition with innovative exercise routines. I have been servicing
    Northern N.J., and the Bergen county  NJ area with; private or in home
    personal training, boot camp classes and diet /nutritional advise.  

  • WHAT DO WE KNOW?

    * Metabolic levels lower themselves in response to the aging process
    and stress. This phenomenon will cause fat accumulation with the
    passing of years.

    * If one exercises sufficiently hard the body will adapt, and function and
    look better.

    * Exercise and proper eating will stimulate the metabolism and cause the
    body to "burn" calories and body fat.

    * Weight loss will occur if the body uses more calories than ingested.

    * If one exercises at the proper level the body will adapt and you will look
    and feel better.

    * A lot of people think of exercise and remember the drudgery and
    humiliation they experienced in gym class. Fitness Performance personal
    trainers make fitness fun.

    *Fitness Performance boot camp classes are challenging and fun for
    every level.

    * Diets alone don't work but rather perpetuate the self-loathing that
    occurs when one cannot conform to unreasonable or distasteful eating
    parameters. Self-loathing causes further binging. For those people who
    have failed over and over again to successfully loose and maintain
    permanent weight loss short-term goals are necessary for long-term
    success.

    * Most people are unable to reach their health and fitness goals on their
    own.  They experience an initial drop of a couple pounds from exercising
    on their own, then experience a plateau or even weight gain even though
    they are "working out".  

    * Under the guidance of a Fitness Performance personal trainer one will
    have their goals defined and then shown how to get there.  A proper
    routine and diet will be developed that will put you on target to what you
    wish to accomplish.  Personal training with a Fitness Performance
    professional will give you the tools and knowledge you need whether it
    be in home personal training, boot camp classes or working out in our
