company.  

Being an effective fitness trainer stems first from caring
about your people.

I know my clients as individuals with feelings and emotions.

practices which will motivate you,
especially for weight loss.

I have been a personal trainer for over 25 years.

I have been servicing Northern N.J.and the Bergen county
area for 20 years with private and in home personal
training,small group personal training, diet and nutritional
advice.

In my time I have seen fitness and diet fads come and go,
everything from mini trampolines to the beer drinker's diet,
from body wraps to toning tables. There is a lot of confusion
out there. Instead of listening to all the hype, I utilize proven
methods that combine proper diet & exercise routines that
are stimulating and challenging.  

A lot of people think of exercise and remember the drudgery
and humiliation they experienced in gym class.  Bill Lutz
